Transparent terms for eligibility, submissions, judging, and prizes—anchored in fair play and compliance with Indian law.
Participation is limited to eligible students or invitees as defined by the organizers.
Valid college identification may be required for entry or prize collection.
Provide accurate, complete information during registration.
Organizers may approve, reject, or cancel registrations at their discretion.
Any event fee, if applicable, is non-refundable regardless of attendance or disqualification.

- • Submission deadlines are binding; late submissions may be disqualified.
- • All work must be fair-play and original.
- • Use only legally obtained software, datasets, and tools.
Judging criteria are determined by Singularity organizers and shared before demos.
Decisions of judges are final and binding.
Prizes are non-transferable and subject to availability.
Compliance with the Singularity Code of Conduct is mandatory.
Violations may result in immediate disqualification or removal.
The event is conducted on a best-effort basis.
Organizers are not responsible for loss of belongings, technical failures, or connectivity issues.
Participation is at the individual’s own risk.
Singularity is an educational, non-commercial initiative.
Participation does not create employment, partnership, or financial obligations.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction lies with Indian courts.
